Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Washington state SLP license
• CCC-SLP certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and special education staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group sessions
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to educational planning
• Offer consultation and support to educators and families, ensuring integrated progress
• Maintain accurate and timely recordkeeping
