Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Chehalis, Washington to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming fall semester.. Position Details
•Full-time, contract position
•37.5 hours per week
•Monday–Friday schedule
• September 2026 – December 2026
• Elementary school, preschool - 2nd grade students on caseload
What You'll Do
•Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
•Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
•Support students in areas including articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and other communication goals as appropriate
•Participate in team meetings and other activities as directed by the supervising SLP and district
Qualifications
•Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program
•Active Washington SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)
•Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
