Shorewood Landing senior living community is tucked away in an oasis of lake living with all the benefits of the city. Shorewood Landing is located minutes from the luxuries of Minnetonka and Excelsior within the peacefulness of Shorewood, Minnesota. We are an active community offering various events, activities, and outings for every resident's interests. This community includes independent living, assisted living and memory care apartment homes as well as supportive services to provide older adults choices to live well today and every day!

Responsibilities

The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.

• Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strong desired.

• Demonstrated compatibility PHS's mission and operating philosophies.

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
