We are growing and are looking to add an Accounting / Accounts Payable Associate to join our team!

In this role…

• You will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are received and accurately accounted for in the correct time period.
• You will ensure that all payments are made on time, preparing both monthly check runs and On Demand checks, as needed.
• You will ensure compliance with Company policies for vendor approval, collecting W9's, issuing W9's, etc.
• You will be responsible for the reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts payable schedules for our monthly reporting to be completed.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• 2-3 years in an office/accounting environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting
