Key Responsibilities of the CNA - FT D/N (5×7.5s)

• Ensure resident's ADL's needs are met, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing, in a safe environment. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Maintain resident's environment and safety, addressing call lights and alarms promptly. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Meet resident's nutritional needs, honoring preferences and choices. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Support resident's rehabilitative needs, including ambulation and transfers. Complete documentation per protocol.
• Report resident's rights, refusals, and concerns, as well as changes in status, to Charge Nurse promptly.

Requirements of the CNA - FT D/N (5×7.5s)

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS (AHA or RQI only)
• One (1) Year of previous LTC experience
• Must be licensed for 1 year
• High School Diploma or GED
