Leads staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Assist with opening, operating, and closing concession stands during events. Provide leadership and direction to concession team members throughout assigned shifts. Ensure food and beverage products are prepared, displayed, and served according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or shortages to supervisors. Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate use of point-of-sale (POS) systems. Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns or questions. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within the concession stand. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations. Assist with training new team members on operational procedures and service expectations. Monitor team performance and communicate operational challenges to supervisors. Support labor efficiency and productivity goals while maintaining service quality.
