Join Our Team as a Part Time Front Desk Agent!
Island Retreat RV Park, a camping destination located in Gulf Shores, AL, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Part Time team member to join our Office team. If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working with people, and have computer system or software experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the front office operations, with a strong focus in computer based tasks
- Completing administrative tasks, including cash handling, reporting, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly and timely manner.
- Working side by side with Park staff to ensure top-notch guest service.
- Collaborating with management to implement and improve office procedures.
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Experienced : Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Front Desk position. Reservation system experience preferred.
- Organized : You excel at multitasking and keeping things running smoothly.
- Personable : You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
- Problem-Solver : You’re proactive and can handle challenges with ease.
- Team-Oriented : You thrive in a collaborative environment and follow instructions.
