Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team serving students primarily in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with some middle school involvement. The role offers a flexible schedule—work 15–20 hours per week over 2–4 days, with hybrid options considered.

In this .5 FTE position, you’ll manage a caseload of up to 30 students, providing essential speech and language support. Your expertise will directly impact young learners as you evaluate students for speech-language eligibility, deliver targeted services, and craft individualized education plans (IEPs) that empower student achievement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license or eligibility in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy for elementary and middle school students
• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
