Associate Attorney – Beverly Hills, CA We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our Beverly Hills office. This is a full-time, on‑site opportunity with a sophisticated and growing litigation practice handling high‑profile and complex matters across multiple industries. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year Origination bonus Health insurance with 50% firm contribution Parking Responsibilities Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution. Draft, argue, and respond to motions, pleadings, and briefs in California state and federal courts. Handle all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses and experts. Advise clients and provide practical, strategic legal counsel. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Respond to crisis management matters requiring immediate legal analysis and strategic guidance. Partner with senior attorneys on complex, high‑value disputes, contributing to case strategy and execution. Support business development efforts and cultivate strong client relationships. Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and staff as the team continues to expand. Practice Areas Business Litigation Employment Litigation Entertainment, Rights of Authorship & Distribution Litigation Intellectual Property Litigation Class Actions and Multi‑District Litigation Real Estate Litigation Crisis Management Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience with a law firm. Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing. Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial and/or arbitration proceedings. Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and state and federal court practice. Experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas. Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and develop effective strategies under pressure. Strong client management skills and sound professional judgment. Self‑directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
