Job Description

• Seeks an associate attorney with at least two years of construction defect litigation experience in California.

• The right candidate will be comfortable assuming primary and secondary responsibilities in handling all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, law and motion, and trial documents.

• We are looking for applicants who are good-natured, but aggressive, take initiative, exercise independent judgment, and work well with minimal supervision.

• Attorneys without the requisite litigation experience will not be considered for this position.
