Responsibilities Support the enrollment process of families and other administrative tasks Engage with families and affiliated providers to create individualized family plans Provide ongoing services to families needing additional support services Support families of children with special needs by attending case conferences and follow-up meetings Connect parents/caregivers to resources and make necessary referrals Develop relationships with community partners and other support services Collaboratively create and update a Community Partner Resource Guide for all providers and families Coordinate workshops and other activities with team to maintain family participation Document all family engagement sessions and align with the Early Childhood Framework for Quality Participate in meetings to connect about providers, families, and coordinate all services Participate in professional learning sessions delivered by the DOE Support FCCN Director in updating family information in the Network database Qualifications Associate Degree or Child Development Associate credential Experience working in family childcare and/or with infants and toddlers Ability to travel within FCCN catchment area Bilingual in English/Spanish and English/Cantonese or Mandarin Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work as part of a team Willing to be an advocate for your program, participants, and community Strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion Work Schedule Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 35 hours per week Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive community.
