Requirements
- Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure
- BLS certification required to start
- 2 years of Medical Surgical experience
- Cerner experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
