Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to strengthen our global organisation, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior HR Business Partner.

Based in Geneva, you will act as the main HR partner for our operations in Geneva, the Netherlands, and Spain, while working closely with the HR Business Partner supporting France.

In this visible and varied role, you will partner with leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, helping shape people solutions that support both business performance and employee engagement.

Your Role

• Partner with Leaders to Drive Business Success: Align HR priorities with business goals and provide trusted advice on organisational development, talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and change management.
• Strengthen the Employee Experience: Support leaders and employees with a broad range of people topics, including performance, employee engagement, employee relations, questions, concerns, and grievances.
• Drive HR Excellence Across the Region: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, ensuring they are professional, efficient, customer-oriented, aligned with global standards, and compliant with Swiss labour law.
• Build Strong Regional Partnerships: Work closely with the regional HR team, Shared Services, and Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent and effective employee lifecycle and aligned HR processes across the organisation.

Who You Are

• Strategic HR Business Partner: You bring several years of experience in an operational HR Business Partner role within an international, fast-paced, and matrixed environment. You understand how to connect people strategy with business priorities and translate organisational needs into practical, high-impact HR solutions.
• Trusted and Customer-Focused Advisor: You build strong, credible relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues. You communicate with clarity and empathy, provide sound advice on complex people matters, and approach employee questions and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a strong service mindset.
• Pragmatic and Results Driven: You are comfortable working autonomously under pressure and navigating a constantly changing environment. You bring strong project management skills, take personal accountability for your work, and consistently deliver effective, timely, and sustainable outcomes.
• Collaborative Regional Partner : You work effectively across functions, countries, and organisational levels, building alignment and maintaining strong partnerships within the regional HR team, Shared Services, and Talent Acquisition. You are adaptable, proactive, and able to balance local requirements with global HR policies and standards.
