Customer Service Representative Location: Herndon, VA | On-Site Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support members of a financial institution in a high-volume call center environment. In this role, you will assist members with payments, account services, transactions, and online/mobile banking while providing professional and accurate service. Key Responsibilities Handle approximately 40 inbound member calls per day Assist with payments, transfers, account services, and other financial transactions Provide support with online and mobile banking enrollment and troubleshooting Accurately document member interactions and transactions Meet performance expectations for call quality, handle time, and after-call work Follow established security and operational procedures to protect member information and assets Qualifications 1+ year of call center experience in a high-volume environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Banking, credit union, or financial services experience is preferred Spanish proficiency highly preferred Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work on-site in Herndon, VA, MondayFriday from 8:00 AM4:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
