Join the Donmar Team- Office Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Needed!
For over 30 years, Donmar Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has been a top HVAC contractor in Virginia and Maryland. Our business continues to grow primarily through referrals from satisfied home and business owners. We are a family owned business that takes pride in serving our customers and taking care of our employees. We are currently seeking an outgoing, motivated and detail oriented professional to add to our office staff
Job responsibilities include:
Fielding inbound customer inquiries via phone call, text message, email, and review sites.
Scheduling appointments for our technicians and sales staff
Inputting customer data into our database (Service Titan)
Managing service contract renewals and warranty processing
Coordinating with customers, distributors and the team
