Front Desk & Operations Coordinator

Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $22–$28/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

CGS Global, a leader in construction staffing and workforce solutions, is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Operations Coordinator to join our Scottsdale team.

Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Experience in a construction, staffing, trades, industrial, logistics, contractor office, or similar fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
• Greet employees, applicants, clients, and visitors
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with payroll check distribution
• Support I-9 and E-Verify processing
• Provide administrative and operational support to the office

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting construction operations, staffing, field employees, payroll functions, contractor offices, or a comparable environment. Candidates with only medical office experience may not be the best fit for this role.
