Human Resources Representative

Job Summary HireLevel is looking for an Accounting & Human Resource Rep located in Marion, IL. The role is full‑time Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Compensation is $16 per hour with benefits including 401(k), dental and health insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately. Verify invoice approvals and coding before processing. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status. Maintain organized electronic and paper accounts payable files. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and avoid late fees. Enter and maintain vendor records in the accounting system. Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense reporting. Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting work. Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills. Excellent communication skills with employees, vendors, and management.
