Fall 2026: Global Design Intern (Undergraduate)

Creative Co-Op Salary Range: $15.63 - $29.09 We are currently seeking a Creative Co-Op to support the Global Brand Creative Team. Working closely with the Creative Team and our internal stakeholders, this role will support various Global Marketing Organization activities to help grow the home robot business around the world. This is a full-time internship from July through the end of December. Students must have the ability to work 40 hours (M-F) for the entire duration. Member of the cross-functional Brand Creative Team within Global Marketing. Reporting to our Lead Designer and assisting in the creation and adaptation of large campaigns as well as derivative works of digital assets, image resizes, video editing, email and web marketing assets, supporting the creation of new assets as necessary, and more for the global marketing organization. Responsibilities also include use and management of iRobot's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure successful delivery of such assets to stakeholders. What You Will Do: Help create banner ads, emails, webpages, product imagery, and other various digital assets for campaigns, launches and promotional work. Responsible for various updates to existing creative assets including but not limited to product photography, web assets, videos, packaging, in-store displays, global banner ads, paid social and resizing of images. Support the Creative Team during peak demand by completing partial tasks and projects from all marketing departments to balance workload across the team. Work proficiently with static photography and video files of different file formats. Construct a suite of promotional paid social banners, emails, web banners based on creative briefs. Use iRobot's project management system, Ziflow, to receive task assignments, upload creative proofs, receive feedback. Help manage your own and other in-flight projects from beginning to end being worked on by the Creative Team. Adhere to creative brand guidelines across all projects. Work within iRobot DAM to ensure proper file naming, usage rights and metadata completion of all uploaded assets. Support user administration as necessary. To Be Successful You Will Have: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or other design-related degree. Ability to work full-time from July through December during business operating hours. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (PSD, InD, Ai, XD), Figma, Canva, Microsoft Office suite. And video editing if possible (Premier Pro or After Effects). Strong understanding of various file types, image resolutions, and basics of creating and saving multiple asset types (.psd, .mp4,.gif,.jpg,.eps, .png, .ae, etc.) for both digital and print. Strong knowledge and understanding of typography and other basic design principles. Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills to present work and ideas. Strong attention to detail and time management. Confidence in communicating with multiple stakeholders to receive and apply feedback in rounds of creative review. Ability to work within a team, receive feedback on work and apply it effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple team members. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated interest in Marketing or Branding design, and consumer products.
