We’re defining the future of mobility with safe, sustainable solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief of Staff with day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives and operational prioritiesTrack progress against key deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.Assist in prioritizing and advancing high priority strategic initiatives, including emerging AI-focused projects and process improvementsBuild and maintain trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, and operating cadence materials to support execution and accountabilityHelp prepare materials for leadership discussions, including research summaries, briefing documents, meeting notes, and decision-support materials.Help identify risks, gaps, and areas requiring executive attention across ongoing projectsServe as a flexible, go-to resource for special projects and evolving business needs across the organizationQualifications2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, business operations, project management, strategy, or a similarly fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree required; open to a variety of academic backgroundsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to synthesize complex information clearly and conciselyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presenceProactive mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting prioritiesInterest in AI, innovation, and operational improvement initiativesThe annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
