Customer Service Representative

Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience! The Customer Service Representative leads employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our guests. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of casino floor operations. Responsibilities Create efficient dealer rotations and enforce on‑table policies and procedures. Establish and change betting limits to maximize table game revenue. Determine when and why to open tables. Learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and procedures. Maintain the integrity of all offered games by making consistent table rulings in the best interest of the game. Provide exemplary guest service and help reach the next level of customer service. Qualifications High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be 21 years old. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check. Physical Requirements Required to stand and walk for up to two or three hours at a time. Regularly required to see, talk and hear; specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Team members may be exposed to smoking by customers in areas where smoking is permitted. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. USD $16.90/Hr.
