- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored personal insurance solutions
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and agency-provided leads
- Prepare proposals, process applications, collect deposits, and assist with binders and certificates
- Conduct proactive service and renewal follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction
- Deliver timely, accurate communication to clients and carrier partners
- Help grow and retain a strong personal lines book of business
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or account management experience
- Independent agency experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable generating business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
