Key Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying their account statements and help them pay bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Show expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Physical ability to carry or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously. Compensation Base Pay: $15.50 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.19 per hour. Commission and bonus potential is available for sales performance above target.
