What You'll Do: Work closely with project managers to assist with project-related matters. Ensure all documentations is up-to-date and utilized on the field. Maintain electronic file management and document control. Work both as part of a team and independently to meet strict deadlines. Review field reports and compose approval or deficiency letters back to field. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors. Other duties assigned by Division Manager. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties but is a reflection of typical work performed in this position. Respond to the customer, detailers, engineering emails and phone calls when assisting project manager (PM) on project specific items.

What You'll Need: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written. Have a strong aptitude in math. Previous experience in an administrative or large-scale/industrial construction project coordination role. Must possess work ethic and ability to be punctual. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects at once. Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines and effectively under pressure. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required.
