About the role Seasonal Food & Beverage Team Leader at Lost Shore Surf Resort Full Time – 40 hours per week, Fixed term until end of September 2026. The Food and Beverage Team Leader helps lead, motivate and ignite passion and drive within the Food and Beverage Team. They cultivate a vibrant work culture, run shifts, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and training when needed. What you will be doing Deliver day‑to‑day F&B operation and events programme at Lost Shore Surf Resort, Edinburgh. Lead the F&B front‑of‑house, events and kitchen porter teams. Ensure a fantastic visitor experience, maintaining safety, hygiene and legal compliance. Report to the F&B Manager, Floor Manager and Assistant Manager; supervise staff. Collaborate with management to exceed visitor expectations and drive business success. Build a safety‑first culture in the F&B and events teams, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols, licenses and permits. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Passion for hospitality. Drive to make a difference – a creative, innovative and market‑leading hospitality team leader. Additional Information Flexible schedule required. The resort operates seven days a week; early‑morning, late‑evening, and weekend shifts are necessary to support peak‑time operations. Responsibilities Help set up and organise events. Maintain staff standards – uniform and service. Maintain presentation of the restaurant and cleaning standards.
