ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and gained leadership experience in retail management. Those experiences helped shape my customer-first approach and passion for helping people find the right solutions for their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and have a background in fashion, which has given me an appreciation for creativity, attention to detail, and building strong relationships with people from all walks of life.

Our agency participates in a variety of local events throughout the year, including motorcycle events, antique shows, and other community gatherings. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Meg Ryan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
