Job Title: Lead Attic Insulation Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $60,000 Base + Commission Company

Overview: Join a highly established, privately owned home services leader in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are expanding our footprint by launching a dedicated Building Performance division.

Job Description: We are searching for a hands on technical expert to run our blown in attic insulation projects. Over time, your role will evolve into a management position overseeing multiple installation crews.

Key Qualifications:

Extensive field experience with residential blown in insulation and attic ventilation.
Physical stamina to work in hot attics, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
A valid Driver's License and a clean background.
