Class A CDL Drivers Run Dedicated Account Paying $2190+/WK & Home Weekly (Full Time) Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Types of Jobs Dedicated Account Job Description These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). Drivers average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running the Midwest and Southeast. Benefits start after 60 days. Drivers receive 3‑5 days of training on the account; after training, they may have a rider and a pet. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS). Drivers may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. A rider and a pet may be brought after training. Drug Testing Urine drug test only. Drivers must never have failed or refused any type of drug test even if they have completed SAP. Job Pay and Summary Drivers pick up loads at DC in Iowa; trailers will be preloaded and drivers hook and go. Daily salary of $215 and $300 for each trailer unloaded; average ~900‑1200 miles per week and three loads. Between 2‑4 stops per trailer; unload packages weighing 1‑35 lbs on conveyor belt; no inventory or merchandising duties. After 34-hour home reset, drivers finish deliveries then head back to DC for next load. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals; $85/day orientation fee. Training 3‑5 days, paid at $215/day; options include double bunk or solo with trainer; must be willing for either option. After training, may bring rider and dog. Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year Class A experience. CDL must be in state of current residence when applied. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years; cannot have recent major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end, or rollovers. Must not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason; company verifies employment status. Can have up to two personal vehicle moving violations in last three years but none in commercial vehicles. No felonies in last 7 years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in last 3 years.
