TBC is hiring full-time Room Attendants / Housekeeping Staff to join our hospitality team at Harrah's Casino & Resort in Cherokee, North Carolina. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury and high-profile facilities. Position Summary Guest Room Attendants ensure rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained according to luxury brand standards. The role plays a key part in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment while delivering outstanding guest service. Overtime available. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning tasks in guest rooms (approximately 15 rooms per shift), including making beds, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Ensure rooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and presented to required standards. Identify and promptly report any room discrepancies or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously. Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the shift. Serve as a role model for other TBC employees. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility. Age 21 or older. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for extended periods). Must be able to work with various cleaning tools and chemicals while following all safety and hygiene standards. Strong customer service skills. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. All positions are subject to background and employment verification. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months of housekeeping experience is a plus. Schedule Full-time position 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; schedule may vary. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Minimum one-year commitment required*.
