The Job The Director Leads and manages the strategic design, development, and execution of IT migration projects, focusing on claims and enrollment platforms. The role establishes a Migrations Office, develops master plans, communicates issues and risks, collaborates across the organization, and uses automation and AI to ensure smooth transitions. All migration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality, business, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Set up and manage the Migrations Office, establishing operational models and efficient day‑to‑day activities. Lead claims and enrollment platform migrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Create and execute comprehensive master plans, track progress, and adjust to achieve project goals. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and implement risk‑management strategies. Collaborate across business, delivery, and other teams to manage dependencies and enhance outcomes. Utilize automation tools and AI/ML technologies to streamline migration processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications 7–10 years of related experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in project‑management methodologies and tools, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical background in IT systems, especially claims and enrollment platforms. Experience with automation tools and AI technologies for workflow optimization. Expertise in IT and business change management and stakeholder engagement. Functional knowledge of Medicare/Health‑Care business cycles and reporting/metrics. Benefits Base Pay Range: $177,500–$256,880 annually. Annual employee bonus program. Robust wellness program.
