Role will also directly support Senior Project Management team on large scale projects.Actively participates in project pursuits and developing project scopeEstablish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for complianceConduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staffDevelop, maintain, and update engineering schedules and spending plans; track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to check work is completed within approved schedule and cost parameters.Facilitates/participates in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.Provide project management services as a staff‑augmented resource, operating as part of the client’s day‑to‑day project team.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or ArchitectureProfessional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (AIA) licensePMP Certification#LI-KT1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
