Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating and supporting students with speech, language, and swallowing needs across a range of ages. Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and ensure students receive the personalized support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Work closely with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Support students across different grade levels, adapting strategies to age and ability
