CareSource/Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) seeks an Integrated Care Clinical Manager - BH for Massachusetts. This mobile role delivers monitoring, care management and clinical oversight to dually eligible enrollees with complex medical, behavioral and social needs, coordinating with PCPs, specialists and community resources to improve outcomes.
