What You’ll Do Create a Welcoming Environment: Clean resident apartments and common areas with care and attention to detail. Handle Laundry and Linens: Keep resident and community laundry clean, organized, and ready for use. Support the Community: Assist with apartment turnovers, move-ins, and special cleaning requests. Keep Safety First: Follow cleaning procedures and use and maintain supplies and equipment properly. Brighten Residents’ Days: Build positive connections and help residents feel comfortable and at home. What You’ll Bring Dependability: Show up ready to work with a positive and reliable attitude. Attention to Detail: Take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces. Team Spirit: Communicate clearly and work well with residents and team members. A Heart for Others: Bring a genuine desire to serve older adults. Helpful Experience: Housekeeping or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
