Social Services Director

Responsibilities As a Social Services Director, you will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services department in accordance with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local guidelines, regulations, company policies, procedures, and governing agencies. You will foster a climate, policies, and routines that enable residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity, ensuring the highest practical level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being and quality of life. Additionally, you will identify psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and provide, develop, or facilitate access to services that meet those needs.
