Lead UI Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resilience and security expectations.
• We look for experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages and database query languages.
• We require solid knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• We value a strong grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We expect solid experience with cloud deployment solutions such as Kubernetes.
• Preferred: competency in HTML, CSS, SVG, ES6, TypeScript, React, Lodash, and Node.js.
• Preferred: experience with build tools such as Nx and Maven.
• Preferred: familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies.

• We drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• We apply knowledge of software development life cycle tools, including authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered by automation.
• We continuously improve system stability and efficiency.
• We create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure software code development meets design constraints.
• We contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies.
