Lead Software Engineer

AGENTIC AI ENGINEERArchitecting goal oriented , multi agent workflows using frameworks liek langGraph , CrewAI , Autogen etcTool and API orchestration skillsIntegrate LLMs, RAG pipelines and external APIs/tools into end to end agent systemsBuild prompt templates , memory / state management and reusable workflow components Ability to implement short-term (context window) and long term (Vector DB) memory systemsDeveloping and tuning control loops such as ReAct , chain of thoughts and self reflection mechanismOwn testing and debugging for multi agent systems including tracing , evals and regression testing across workflowsBuild guardrails and approval gates to prevent autonomous actionsScreening Criteria Python , Go , AI Frameworks exposure like MCP , LangChainProficiency in Docker, Kubernetes and cloud AI services Strong knowledge of programming language (Python must)Tech Lead (5-8 years experience)Job SummaryJob number: CREQ254206Profession: OtherExperience: 7-10Years
