Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience.
• We have hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We are advanced in one or more programming languages.
• We have strong, in-depth knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with deep expertise in at least one technical area such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We have demonstrated experience leading the effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and setting expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• We understand responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resilience and security requirements, and we can coach engineers on compliant adoption.
• We can solve design and functionality challenges independently with minimal oversight.
• We have practical cloud-native experience.
• We have experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• We are proficient in Python for building traditional ML models and APIs.
• We understand how to design and deploy OpenAPI-compliant API services.
• We understand how to build agentic workloads using AI frameworks such as Google ADK and LlamaIndex.
• We can configure OAuth2-based authentication and authorization flows for applications.
• We understand OpenTelemetry and modern microservice deployment patterns.
• We have knowledge of AWS services and can deploy highly reliable cloud-native workloads.
• We are knowledgeable in building and debugging ML models using supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.

• We provide technical guidance and direction to support the business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• We deploy and serve end-to-end machine learning models.
• We build and maintain services in a fully cloud-native environment.
• We promote the use of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• We serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
• We contribute actively to the engineering community and advocate firmwide software development lifecycle frameworks, tools, and practices.
• We apply software development lifecycle toolchain knowledge, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase automation value.
• We influence peers and project decision-makers to adopt leading-edge technologies.
