Lead Software Engineer - Identity Access Management

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of Java/JEE design and development experience, including AI-assisted development for coding, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• We look for hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We require advanced Java programming expertise.
• We value advanced knowledge of React or Angular.
• We need proficiency in automation and continuous delivery practices.
• We expect strong knowledge across the software development life cycle.
• We look for an advanced understanding of agile methods, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We require demonstrated experience with software applications and technical processes in a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We value in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
• We require practical cloud-native experience.
• Preferred: experience in IAM/authentication, multi-region resilience, observability tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk, Ansible/pipeline-as-code, and financial services compliance.
• Preferred: familiarity with PingFederate and ForgeRock.

• We create inventive software solutions, handle design and development, and troubleshoot technical issues with a broad approach to problem-solving.
• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We identify opportunities to automate or remove recurring fixes to improve the stability of our applications and systems.
• We lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical strengths, and fit within our existing systems and information architecture.
• We help lead communities of practice across software engineering to increase awareness and adoption of emerging and leading-edge technologies.
