Engaging with talented applicants, the full-time remote Admissions Consultant will conduct interviews to assess potential, drive sales growth, and inspire candidates to enroll in international internship programs. Key responsibilities Drive monthly sales numbers and consistently exceed targets Conduct interviews to assess eligibility and inspire interest in programs Implement sales strategies to maximize program enrollments and manage applicant follow-ups Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce experience is a plus) Native-level English; Spanish proficiency is a bonus Exceptional phone skills with a professional and persuasive manner Virtual Vocations Inc
