Role Description: This is a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter role based in Alaska, United States. The Recruiter will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include posting job requisitions, maintaining accurate candidate records, communicating with applicants, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role will also involve collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding efforts, and ensuring recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable regulations. The Recruiter may assist with onboarding activities and participate in process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience with full‑cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Skills in building relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates, with a focus on clear and professional communication. Ability to use applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies, along with proficiency in standard office software tools. Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and inclusive hiring strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work on‑site in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing business needs.
