You’ll consult with clients and partners to deliver tailored talent solutions while managing multiple searches at once. Identify, recruit, interview, and engage accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your local market Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment What you bring Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles preferred Motivation driven by goals and achievement, with a focus on helping others succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with professionals at all levels High organization and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities at once Self-driven, disciplined, resilient, and collaborative work style Positive attitude and good sense of humor #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
