Recovery Operations Manager

You'll coach representatives through side-by-side sessions, review calls, and refine strategies to boost recovery results. As you analyze reports and performance trends, you'll make data-driven decisions that improve outcomes. You'll also manage escalated accounts with professionalism, ensure FDCPA compliance, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency. Ideal Recovery Operations Manager High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) 4+ years of collections experience 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in collections Experience managing production-driven teams in a call center environment Strong knowledge of consumer collections, FDCPA compliance, and negotiation strategies Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collections software systems Ability to analyze data and drive performance decisions About Us Cawley & Bergmann is a prominent national collections firm that provides stellar debt recovery services for established financial institutions.
