Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Alabama
• Relevant credentials and documentation as required by state regulations
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct instruction to students with exceptionalities in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate student records and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
