Sterile Processing Supervisor

Join Sutter HealthPosition Overview: Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising operations of the Department. Supervises, orients, trains and educates personnel. Key responsibilities include coordination of sterilization and disinfection activities and processes, including process maintenance and redesign when needed, customer service, regulatory compliance, quality control monitoring, fiscal accountability, instrument and equipment management, performance improvement and safety. Oversees the provision of clean, properly packaged, sterile instruments and supplies where they are needed throughout the facility.Job Description: These Principal Accountabilities, Requirements and Qualifications are not exhaustive, but are merely the most descriptive of the current job.
