Financial Analyst

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a highly qualified Financial Analyst to support international training and assistance programs in alignment with U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of State requirements. The ideal candidates will bring strong experience in federal financial management, interagency coordination, and the execution of appropriated and reimbursable funds.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct detailed financial analysis and produce comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective interagency coordination.• Manage and analyze financial agreements including Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), Interagency Agreements (IAAs), and 7600 Forms A & B.• Apply established principles and practices of budget formulation to review, edit, and consolidate budget requirements for reimbursable and appropriated funds.• Execute and monitor appropriated and reimbursable fund budgets to ensure obligations, expenditures, and allocations comply with approved funding limitations.• Perform disbursement activities and utilize standard accounting procedures to maintain, balance, and close out federal accounts.• Use USCG financial management systems including FSMS, G‑Invoicing, or similar tools to track budget planning and execution.Minimum Qualifications:• Five (5) years of the following experience:Financial management experience supporting USCG, DoD, or Department of StateFederal budget formulation for appropriated and reimbursable fundsFederal budget execution, including monitoring obligations, expenditures, and allocationsPerforming disbursements and applying standard accounting methods to maintain and close federal accounts.TSS offers a competitive benefits package to include: paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.
