About the Position
Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Description: We are seeking a dedicated RN for a Step Down unit. The patient population is neurology specific, primarily treating conditions such as stroke, seizure, and traumatic brain injuries. We also accommodate some medical and surgical overflow. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3 to 1:5. Scrub color is royal blue. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to neuro patients. Holiday rotation is part of the schedule. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to support patients in their recovery journey.
