Our success has always been built on exceptional people, long-term customer partnerships, and a commitment to safety, training, integrity, professionalism, high performance, continuous improvement, and serving others.Earn What You're Worth: $40.00 – $70.00/hr + weekly pay (based on experience)Stay Protected: Affordable medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageRetire Smarter: 401(k) with a strong 4% company match when you contribute 6%Drive Our Gear: Company vehicle, gas card, and all the tools to get the job doneTake Time for You: Up to 20 days PTO (based on experience) + paid holidaysA Senior HVAC Technician leads complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to complex industrial systems.Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment.Leadership & Mentorship: Supporting junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met.Preventive Maintenance: Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.Client Communication: Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgradesRepresent Entek with professionalism, customer-first mindset, and urgency on every jobA minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experienceEPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required)NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred.Advanced start-up, warranty, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systemsDeep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls.Valid driver's license with a good driving recordThe Entek name holds real weight in our market and represents safety, quality & craftsmanship, customer care, and deep knowledge of HVAC.
