Senior Living Business Office Director

Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Business Office Director to oversee the community’s business office, including HR, payroll, billing, and operational processes. You will be the primary contact for residents, families, and staff regarding billing and HR questions. Responsibilities include AR management, contract administration, resident orientation, file compliance, payroll, budgeting support, and front desk leadership.
