Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Services Assistant based in Honolulu, HI. The Financial Services Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to a financial advisor and their growing practice and delivering top-tier customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating client communications, preparing financial documentation, handling inquiries, performing data entry, and assisting with account management and scheduling. The role demands accuracy, organizational skills, and effective collaboration with team members.
