Job Summary:
We are seeking a Pizza Cook to join our team. You will be cooking and serving scratch made pizza from high quality and seasonal ingredients. If you have a passion for creating pizza in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
-Set up and stock kitchen stations appropriately
- Ensure all food is prepared according to specifications set by Executive Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Oversee portion control to minimize waste and ensure consistent quality
Skills:
- Proper food handling skills, including proper storage, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Experience in a scratch pizza kitchen
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
